Infinity Distribution inc. is aware of all its stockholders concerned of their respective investments. Due to fortuitous event brought by Covid 19  in 2020, Infinity business was likewise harmed  due to the national economic breakdown and difficulties that it failed the SEC required expectations in prompt compliance reporting. 

 

At current, infinity option is to seek all conceivable means to continue getting business opportunities to rebound and/ or recover its losses incurred due to Covid pandemic. We will encourage everybody to check our website for updates from time to time if you may. We’re seeking legal counsel and business opinions inasmuch as infinity can only do so far at this time.
